Defective merchandise is
under warranty by the manufacturer, please read the
warranty information enclosed with each product, and
look for the factory’s customer service number for
assistance. If you can’t find it please call us at

Once the item is deemed
defective by the manufacture’s tech support, iapsales
LLC has to file the warranty paperwork with
the factory and get either a warranty
authorization form for return back to factory or the
factory will tell us to field scrap the item. Either
way, iapsales’s customer support will email you warranty
info.
Replacing Defective Product:
We can do one of two things:
- iapsales LLC will
pick up the defective product, and once we have it
back we will ship you a new one
- ship you a new one
first, charge your credit card for the new product,
and once we have the warranty item back we will
credit your account
Please Note; if the item is NOT
deemed defective you will be responsible for all
charges.
Limit of Our liability:
Once you purchase an
item from us you are in effect agreeing to our terms and
conditions that are so stipulated in the following
standard terms of this industry. The following legal
terms basically states that iapsales.com will not be
held liable for damages consequential or inconsequential
resulting from the installation of our equipment. This
Web site was created with the “do it yourselfer” in
mind; however, you accept all risk for both equipment
selection and installation. You must recognize the fact
that you may not have the expertise or skills for
installing our product and we strongly recommend that
you seek professional assistance.
Neither
iapsales.com or Innovative Air Products Inc. nor its
affiliates, or supplier(s) will be liable under this
agreement or arising out of or in connection with
iapsales.com website to you, or any person or persons
whose claim or claims are based on or derived from a
right or rights claimed by you, for any direct damages
in the excess of the amount you actually paid to
iapsales.com for the particular good or service you
purchased and that is the subject of the claim, or for
any special, indirect, incidental, consequential,
punitive or exemplary damages of any kind, including but
not limited to lost profits, lost wages, lost savings,
injury to property, loss of use, costs of procuring
substitute goods or services and other losses and
damages, even if iapsales.com or its affiliates, or
suppliers have been advised, knew or had reason to know
of the possibility of such damages. This limitation will
apply regardless of whether the basis for the cause of
action is in contract, tort, negligence, strict
liability or otherwise. In addition, neither

liable for any non-party claim. Iapsales.com its
affiliates and suppliers herby expressly disclaim all
such damages, and you hereby waive and release all such
damages.

incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing
disclaimer exclusion and limitation may not apply to
your jurisdiction, and you may have other legal rights
