Quick Same Day Shipping 

 

We stock a large amount of the items you see on www.bathheat.com.  Any item on our website that shows the following inventory status: In Stock" Usually Ships Same Business Day" as long as your order is placed M-F before 3pm EST.   This allows you to receive your purchase in the shortest time possible at no extra charge.

 


Packaging:

 

To prevent freight damage, items shipping from our warehouse in NH are packed with 2” of packing material and we double anything that seems fragile, because we understand you can’t always wait an additional week for an item that was damaged.

 


Tracking:

 

We email you twice with tracking information.  The first one is from UPS software, it will be Quantum View, with a subject line "UPS Tracking"  and the second email will come from “ iapsales customer support” with a subject line “ Your Order Has Shipped ".


Shipping:

 

iapsales.com LLC primarily uses UPS and all items are shipped Ground Service. All orders for items that we have in stock that are received Monday through Friday before 3pm (EST) Eastern Standard Time typically go out the same day. 

 

Expedited UPS Services  - Next Day, 2nd  Day, or 3rd Day shipping for products with this ship method are available - just give us a call or select expedited shipping, if offered, when you are checking out. You will know what the expedited shipping cost will be before the order is processed

Saturday Deliveries are not included in Expedited service

Saturdays & Sundays are NOT considered a business day, so please plan accordingly when choosing your shipping services.

Items weighing more them 60 lbs shipping via Freight Liner / Common Carrier :

All Items that weigh more then 60 lbs or are bulky and would be damaged if shipped via UPS will be shipped by common carrier “18 Wheeler”. These item will be shipping from a factory or warehouse somewhere other then iap’s warehouse.  Once the item ships we will email you the tracking number w/ the shippers' phone # and web site.  With large deliveries the shipper should be calling you 24 hrs before delivery, or you can call them to schedule a delivery date (sorry we can not do it for you)   Please make sure that you give us a phone number where the shipping company and we can reach you during the day.



Product Inspections:


We take as many steps as possible to ensure that the product you receive is in perfect working condition.  However, occasionally, a product may be damaged in transit.  If you receive a damaged product delivered by Federal Express or UPS, please give us a call immediately. For Pilot Air Freight, Estes, R&L, ABF, and other Common Carrier deliveries, we ask that you inspect the product upon arrival.  If the unit is damaged, we ask that you refuse the shipment or notate the damage on the packing slip and give us a call immediately.
If you do sign for a product with concealed damage, we will replace the unit with one in perfect working condition as long as you notify us 48 hours* after receipt of the product (excluding holidays and weekends).
However, we can get a new unit to you faster if you notice the damage on arrival and refuse the shipment.
