60 Day Return Policy

 We offer a 60 Day Return policy on items that we stock in our warehouse in NH. 

This includes Qmark, Stelpro, Broan, Nutone & Aupu  items.

 

Non Stock Items:  Factory Return Protocols must be followed on large items that we don’t stock and are shipped from one of the factories and will be subject to factory Restocking Fees.

 

Please don’t hesitate to call us if you have any questions or reservations about a product and whether it will work or meet your needs.  If we don’t think its right for you we will give you an honest answer with no pressure to buy.

 

 

Items shipped from our warehouse in NH

Items that we carry and are not drop shipped from one of our suppliers / factories will not have a restocking fee as long as the item can go right back on our shelves as is and is ready for resale.

  • -All items that have to be repackaged and can not go back on the shelf as is will have a 25 % restocking fee
  • -All items returned incomplete will be assessed a pro-rated restocking fee charge of up to 100 %
  • -Parts that were damaged or were not returned  and need to be replaced will be deducted from your return
  • -Customer is responsible for all freight charges to and from including items with “ free shipping Promo, customer will pay actual freight charges
  • Items that were installed can not be returned  ( sorry - we are small family business without the buying power of big box stores, where we can make the vendor take it back, we would simply have to eat it )

 

All items need a "Return Authorization Form" to be returned back to iapsales.  We will Email, fax or mail the Return Authorization form to you once requested.  Please print the emailed RMA and place inside the double box or inside the manufactures box if the item did not come with a secondary box (This will expedite the return process)

  • All Items that were double boxed to you must be shipped back with a double box
  • Customer is responsible for all freight charges to and from
  • Items with free shipping promo will pay the actual shipping cost
  • The total original invoice will be credited excluding freight and the restocking fee upon the return and inspection of merchandise
  • Please allow one week for credit after item is received

 

Items Drop shipped From a Master Distributor or Factory Return policy  

 

Special Order Items are Not Returnable.  All other items returned back to the factory or Master Distributor’s warehouse have a 30 day return policy.  All items need a "Return Authorization Form" to be returned back to Factory or Master Distributor warehouse we use.  We will email, fax or mail the Return Authorization form to you.   Please print the RMA Form and place inside the double box or inside the manufactures box if the item did not come with a secondary box (This will expedite the return process)

  • All Items that were double boxed to you must be shipped back with a double box
  • All items must be returned in its original packing with all accessories that were included in the original order
  • All Items that have been installed can not be returned
  • All Items that are shipping from a factory and not from IAP's warehouse have a 25% restocking Fee regardless of condition  ("factory polices not I.A.P's" policy)
  • Customer is responsible for all freight charges to and from
  • Items with free shipping promo will pay the actual shipping cost
  • The total original invoice will be credited excluding freight and the restocking fee upon the return of merchandise
  • Please allow one to two weeks for credit after item is received
